Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new footwear. If your purchase doesn't completely meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward, hassle-free return and exchange process designed around your convenience.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or an exchange. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original luxury packaging, dust bags, and designer tags fully attached.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email our dedicated customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization number along with specific shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package your shoes securely in their original box, place them in a protective outer shipping carton, and drop them off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return package is delivered to our inspection facility, please allow 3–5 business days for our quality control team to verify its contents. Approved refunds will be issued immediately back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
